The California design team from Rekonect have launched their first product, a notebook that has a magnetic spine and pages, making it easy to remove the pages and add them back in whenever you want to.

Portable book light
Lumio is a portable light that folds up just like a book. When open, it becomes illuminated from within. The cover is embedded with magnets so it can be mounted on a wide variety of surfaces. It remains lit for 8 hours when fully charged. The Lumio was designed by architect Max Gunawan who originally launched it as aKickstarter project in 2013.
