Whilst creating the food court area for Klif Fashion Mall we had in mind the elegant interiors of the Malls’ boutiques as well as its modern and unique exterior. A diamond cut façade and gentle shapes that permeate the common areas give a feeling of exclusivity and inspire to add spaces that will harmoniously blend together creating a consistent structure.

The idea behind this change was to design an interior that would meet the expectations of Klif’s premium customers. Adequate space arrangement is the key to satisfy the needs of most demanding customers. The leisure section is ideal for business meet-ups whereas the traditional one is the choice for family meals or rendezvous with friends. There is also a fast sector for the time-strapped visitor.

The food court’s borders are marked by a highlighted corian ceiling, giving the place a distinct, unique feel.

Light, gentle colors, comfortable furniture, premium finishing create a unique high-style look and customized, tailor-made sofas add to the individuality of the place.

The project was designed by Karolina Czapska. The investor is Paige Investments Sp. z o.o.o.

The manager of DM Kilf is BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Celebrate the success!

We have received the award “Gazele Biznesu”. It is given to companies in recognition of their growth and business dynamics. “We are very happy that our efforts have been noticed. We love designing spaces that create positive emotions. Spaces that invite customers with subtle, yet attractive elements where all the pieces unite together to create a story.

For our client Galeria Sandecja we chose white, shades of graphite and the warmth of wood to create a cozy restaurant zone in Scandinavian style. In the common areas you will notice the motive of a pink folk ribbon reflected in different architectural elements. We chose this pattern to underline the connections of the place with the region and regional traditions. We also prepared a project of new parking area, it will have modernized and more visible signage making navigation much easier.

“It was important for us to create a customer-friendly design. At the same time we put a big emphasis on combining regional motives with modern elements and most recent shopping center design trends” says Dominika  Ladowska Lead Design Architect at ARS Retail Group.

The Polish retail landscape is yet again richer! A new Trespass shop was opened in Rzeszów in Galeria Graffica.

The concept  for this brand was fully created by ARS Retail Group. Concrete, wood, green glass, and high quality natural materials are just a few architectural elements you can find inside. They all resemble the climate of the brand. After all, Trespass is an outdoor clothing company whose customers are active and like adventure.

We are really proud to say that the shop in Galeria Graffica is the first store where we implemented the new design.

ARS Retail Group was responsible for the installation of a new system of furniture and renovation works in A.Blikle in Shopping Center Ursynów – Warsaw.  A.Blikle – Warsaw confectionery company. It was founded September 11, 1869 year by  Antoni Kazimierz Blikle. Customized confectionery chain conveying the atmosphere of the French “patisserie” always delivering quality products with onsite preparation.

Creating a design for the summer terrace in Galeria Mokotów we had in mind the August… a warm breeze with a glass of white wine. This chillout time with friends on the rooftop.

More than 150 sqm of tarrace  is a natural extension of the Avenue of Tastes. The comfortable ergonomic chairs and tables give customers the opportunity to eat a meal in the open air, in an atmosphere similar to a picnic outside the city. Relax zone is dedicated to coffee lovers who prefer spending time in the larger group. Convenience and comfort emphasized by the comfortable sofas and seating. Relaxation Zone was placed on a special platform made of composite board, making it the focal point of the terrace. The project could not miss the amenities for the youngest customers of Galeria Mokotów. Zone Kids will surprise the little ones a variety of toys and games that meet the highest safety standards.

Store NYX in POLAND/Warsaw [Galeria Mokotów].  ARS Retail Group comprehensive implementation of the first boutiqu in Poland. NYX features a skillful combination of digital and colourful brand. We were responsible for both architectural design and entire construction, as well as for the overall implementation of adaptation and installation of furniture systems.

In 2016, Kiehl’s open brand new shop in Manufaktura Łódź. Comprehensive implementation of the second boutiqu in Poland. Brand Saloon features a skillful combination of modernity and elegance. We were responsible for adapting the project to the global brand standards arrangement and assembly equipment. Kiehl’s is an American cosmetics brand retailer that specializes in premium skin, hair, and body care products. It started as a single pharmacy in Manhattan at Third Avenue and East 13th Street in 1851.
